Seattle acquired veteran guard Gabe Jackson from the Raiders for a 2021 5th round draft pick. Jackson can play guard on either side but has spent most of his time on the right side. So it will be interesting to see what they decide to do with second year player Damien Lewis, who played the right guard position really well as a rookie. Jackson has only missed 12 games since 2014. Which is a huge bonus for the Seahawks, considering recent history. Russell Wilson will surely appreciate that Jackson has been one of the highest rated pass blocking guards since he came into the league. Overall, great addition. No question that he’s worth a 5th round pick. Unfortunately, that only leaves Seattle with 3 draft picks for the upcoming draft. Unless Schneider pulls off some other trades to acquire more picks.
